Shri Vikramsinh Shoorji Gurukul Technical High School (Eng. & Guj. Med.) Std. VIII – X

1. Jatin Bhanushali and Akshad Kokane of Std. 9th cleared the first round of Tata Club Energee Quiz competition and reached the Semi final round scheduled on 7th February 2020.
2. Shreya Parab of Std. 9th was selected for blog writing competition for Tata Club Energee program. She was selected among the students from 250 schools across Mumbai.
3. During A.Y. 2019-20, 18 students participated for Elementary exam and 13 students for Intermediate exam which was held from 27th November to 30th November 2019, securing 100% result for the same.
4. Science project ‘Robotic Dustbin’ made by Master. Dhrumin M. Rawal of Std. 9th was selected for Inspire award Science Exhibition which was held on 6th to 8th January 2020 at B.R. Harane College, Vangani.
5. D.S.O. (District Sport Office) Inter school Ball Badminton Competition, our High School students Under-14 team won first prize and qualified for Inter School State Level Competition.
6. In State Level Tennis Volleyball Competition our 5 students of High School secured Silver Medals.
7. In D.S.O. Inter school District Level Judo Competition, Atharav Wagh (Std. VIII), Shruti Parab (Std. VIII) and Shreya Parab (Std. IX) secured Bronze Medal.

1. Prince Gupta of std. XI secured Gold medal in D.S.O. Interschool wrestling competition and qualified for zonal level competition.

Admission Procedure

Submission of forms with photo copies of Std.VII marksheet, Aadhar Card, Ration Card, Passport size photo, Medical fitness certificate etc. will be accepted from the last week of April. Merit list will be displayed on the notice board in first week of May. Students have to submit Original Leaving Certificate along with school fees at the time of Admission.

From the academic year 2017-18 the State Board of Maharashtra has made it compulsory for online registration of students’ admission on the website of www.mumbai.11admission.net

1. Students are requested to go through the website and fill the form very carefully. The address of the website is www.mumbai.11admission.net (Please note: This website will be active at the time of admission). Take a printout of the dully filled in form and approach the college for prospectus/information brochure and other details.
2. The college strictly follows the admission procedure and the time schedule as set by the Office of the Deputy Director of Education, MMR region, Mumbai. For all the courses offered in the college no capitation or hidden fee is charged from students.
3. The College is officially recognized as a Gujarati Linguistic Minority Institution by the Government of Maharashtra and hence 50% seats are reserved for the Gujarati Linguistic Minority community. The remaining 50% seats are filled in as per the admission guidelines issued by the Deputy Director of Education, MMR region, Mumbai
4. Students seeking admissions under Reserve Category must submit the valid Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority along with the caste verification form at the time of admission.
5. Students coming from other than Maharashtra Board must submit the Provisional Eligibility Certificate issued by the Maharashtra State of Board of Education, at the time of submission of admission form. The admissions of such students are subjected to final confirmation of eligibility from the Maharashtra State of Board of Education (Mumbai Board).
6. The admission Merit Lists are displayed online or the Notice Board as per the time schedule issued by the Board.

SSC (Academic with Pre-Vocational Courses)

Along with regular subjects English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Maths, Social Science, Science and Technology, pre-vocational subjects like Electrical Technology (English Medium) and Mechanical Technology (Gujarati Medium) Engineering Drawing and AutoCAD subjects are taught from STD VIII to STD X.

English medium (120) seats and Gujarati medium (60) seats are available, forms will be issued from the last week of April for Std. VIII & IX.
